Intermittent crank no start?

06 gmc canyon 5 cylinder. If I wait 15 minutes it will start right up. Someone told me it might be a passlock issueissue. No cel?? Fuel pressure is good and getting good spark throttle bodies good.

Yes no key fob though just a chip key.
