Any of the factory set ups worth messing with? Now that my project should have plenty of room for a inter cooler I may invest in one. Tempted just to cam it for now but I am a big fan of forced induction. After all the belt issues I have seen and dealt with reguarding aftermarket stuff it makes me lean towards a more factory set up though. Anyone used any of these? I have a 04 6.0 if that matters any.

I assume were talking ls, or the lq series
You would need to get cathedral adapters to run an lsa style super charger. Then upgrade your fuel system. The adapters combined with the supercharger make clearance an issue in everything except a truck
From what I have seen you spend the same amount if not more trying to run a factory style setup compared to a used aftermarket setup.

Maybe I will get the mounts burned in this weekend and see what is a better option. I like the factory style and reliability though. I know belt slip was not just Miata either. I did plenty of reading on that crap while we were basically re engineering KW's kit for them. Separate drive pulley at the crank would be optimum I think. Just kicking it around at this point.Whos your Daddy?
