what spark plugs

Taking my car to True Street tomorrow to get tuned and i wanted to change the spark plugs before i did it. I have been told the TR6 plugs are the way to go. It is a 98 Gt with a vortech v2 supercharger making 6 pounds of boost if that matters. Are the TR6 what i need and if so can i get them at autozone or oriellys?
