Is the auto parts store penzoil syncromesh inferior quality compared to the Delco? I haven't heard any complaints about the penzoil stuff we sell regularly

I used the pencil on my t56 and worked good. Then I switched to the amsoil auto tranny fluid and worked better. Not as notchy
