I'm trying to piece my Torino back together and in the process of setting the hydraulic throw out bearing to pp distance I noticed that the bearing diameter is larger than the pp hole. This means the bearing doesn't really line up with the tips of the fingers. Is this as big as a problem as I think it is?
The trans is a T56 so I theoretically I could get an Fbody throw out if this is an issue, but I don't know the diameter of those bearings. Also, I already have -4 lines for the current throw out and would need to adapt them. Does that require special fittings?
Was hoping to drop in the engine today but this has me stumped. Any help is appreciated.
