06 5.4 f150 bad cam sensor

I've got a truck with a bad cam sensor. There is one for each bank, is this something that I should just go ahead and replace both or should I just replace the bad one? Thanks

You really aren't saving yourself any work by doing both at the same time I'd just replace the one bad one

I'm a member of f150forum.com. There's a lot of info over there about that. Short answer, do the bad one. I think your year is the easy one, but not sure. Mine is a 08 and they are a pain in the ass.

Yeah, it looks pretty easy to me. May remove part of the air box to get to it. Thanks for the advice guys.
