Couple of different things. The condenser had a bunch of leaves between it and the radiator, and also a plastic bag. got that all cleaned out. Blew out the condenser and radiator, both full of debris. Vacuumed the system down, charged it, and checked for leaks. Found the compressor operation was erratic. started to look at the relays, and found the relay he replaced, that he thought was the a/c relay, was in fact the horn relay, swapped the new horn relay, with the old a/c realy, and the system started operating, proper like.

That's good glad you got it fixed. I usually start at the problem and work backwards on electrical stuff. I will add that to things to check on my next ac problem

I changed the relay on my car and it also fixed it.
