I believe the pressure readings on the gauges were like the ones in the chart, will double check again and check out the cycle timing

Say you hit the dew point or the temp that clouds form.
Last week that was about 75ish degrees. If the air flow across
the evap was restricted from max air flow, say plugged up or low fan settings,
then water that is accumulating at a faster than normal rate freezes.
In SlowBoxes pics, the evap is clogged pretty good. When you put the guages on
initially you can have great pressure readings or it works GREAT!
BTW does it have a cabin air filter?

what i've learned with 134a . once you pass the charged level it goes in reverse. this is why shops have high dollar machines that remove then weigh freon to put back. when i install a unit i add the first can then slowly add watching the vent temp. many vintage air setups will not work right if you just slam it in. different length of hoses .
but yours being a factory unit it still may be touchy.
the pic of the evap is why you do not haul dogs around with you all the time. they shed and it sucks it into the evap.
