  • Goodyear Gatorback Belts.... where to buy?

I'm looking for a Goodyear Gatorback belt #4070975

These used to be pretty common but Napa, AZ & O'reilly are all saying they don't carry them and cannot order.

The Goodyear service station won't sell just the part.

Anyone know who sells these local? I need it by this weekend. They are still available at Summit, but I'm not gonna pay $25 to have this thing shipped to me.

    Thanks!

$25 to ship a belt ? That can't be right, should only be $11-12 for shipping/handling for ground service, which would get it here by Friday. Did they go up ?

It's $10 shipping, plus another $15 if you want two day shipping. I guess I'll just use a standard belt.

Autozone doesn't sell them anymore. They switched product lines, they no longer carry them at all. They sell Dayco now as the premium belt, which is retarded IMO. I loved the Gatorbacks.

That is correct. We quit using Goodyear for our Rubber line. It sucks. But they were not willing to give us the support and coverage Dayco was on our commercial and retail side.

If you know a shop that buys from AZ commercial, the store should still be able to order from APW and get the part next day. Try a Main Auto parts.

As long as it's before 3:30 or 4:00.
