  • High offset wheels on a fox

What is need to put wheels from a 2005+ (44mm offset) on a fox (92 to be exact)? I am sure its been done but I can't find anything on it. Seems with the higher offset I am going to need longer axles I guess. Not sure about the spindles though.

SN95 stuff, front and rear. Nothing more, nothing less.

Actually, it doesn't, don't waste your time.

Shit thats gonna be a lot more work. Guess I have to do the disc brakes all the way around with the booster, master cylinder, prop valve. Then I bet I can't put the center cap in the fronts.

Homealone has his centercaps on in front.

all said and done prolly cheaper and certainly easier to buy correct wheels.

                  god bless.

Those high offset wheels don't have much room behind the center cap area. At least on all the Mercedes ones I have messed with. I guess I have to take the plunge and see what its going to take by just doing it.

I think this is the first car I have seen with those rims that didn't look like crap . I don't even like them on the year they came on but they look pretty good on that fox .

I agree but I don't want any of the wheels that I have seen. I think the 05+ stuff looks bad ass so I really want to go that route. Just don't want to spend $1500 getting the 5 lug crap and then have to buy wheels.

There are no issues with center cap fitment when you use the SN95 assemblies. In fact, you can make Mark VII/Ranger/SVO rotors work with some massaging. If you don't want to run 4 wheel disc, use the Ranger axles out back with a 1" spacer.

Where are you pricing the shit? Values are down right now. I was selling this stuff for under $500 when prices peaked.

It even looks better now. I swapped them out for charcoal. They don't look as washed out against the white.

Yeah that was just a shock factor. I have seen the 50rest kit for $400 just though I would need more than that. I really don't want/need disc out back just because I can do it later when I have more cash.
