Need to touch up a few areas under my spoiler and some trim area.. don't want to take it to a body shop for this...so looking to get some spray paint. I pulled paint code it shows Scarlet Red...but I can tell its been repainted. So could it possibly be Vibrant Red? What you all think? Sorry for the jack up pic

    And yes its slow.

Is there something small and quick you could take off? Then bring it to a Paint supplier like Taylors to do a paint match and have them make you an exact custom spray can color? I did that to paint a model I was building for my dad so he could have a matching replica for his desk.

Some companies make an OEM paint in a spray can, it comes with hardener that has to be activated to use so that it goes on well. I've used it before and was quite happy with the results.

I spent $20 for that custom can of spray paint and gave the rest of can to my dad after painting the model. My dad needed to repair a spot that got rock chips on the rocker. You can't tell there was a repair.

Yeah I've spray painted (with can paint) a few things on my cars in the past and it came out pretty good.

Having paint matched is a good idea. Anyone know of a place like Taylor's here in Dallas North DFW area/Colony area?

English color can do it. If it is a fox body its more than likely EP, if its bright red with no sparkle. EP changed to E4 but was the same formula they just cleared it.
