I am trying to figure that out. I don't know why it all of a sudden has a vibration

I would look somewhere between the transmission and rear diff. Did your driveline angle get jacked up when you moved the transmission?

If it was fine before you moved the transmission, start there and see if everything is lined up properly.

Ok i looked at everything all seems fine. I am
Wondering bout the drive shaft though. The big ring thing that is on the front of it. If I grab it I can barely move it is that normal or do I need a new shaft

He's probably talking about the driveshaft dampener.

Are the driveshaft bolts tight? Did you mark the driveshaft to flange and put it back in the same spot? If not, you might try clocking the driveshaft to see if the vibration goes away.

No the dampner should not move! You have something loose or as said earlier clocked wrong. Did you put the trans mount nuts back on and if its an auto did you tighten the converter bolts

It's a manual trans. Bolts Are all tight. It seems
To have the vibration towards the end of the shifts. If I
Let off it goes away I think it is the dampened now. I
Will see how much that is to get fixed

It is 50 to rebalance the drive shaft. So I wonder if i
Should do it or just buy someones used one for cheaper

Balance yours or you will be fighting someone else's vibration issues and you will not be able to pinpoint the problem.

wait.....i thought the t5 drive shafts didn't have a dampener......

                              bottom is a t5 shaft......how are your u-joints......

if it was me i would find a used aluminum driveshaft and be done with it
