I am slowly starting to work on my 64 C10 build. I already have the stock 6 lug axles and have the 6 lug big brake kit for the front. After all this, I've decided that I like the Boss 338 wheels the best. My options are to run wheel adapters or to run the Boss 348 (a 338 look alike with a center cap that I can't tell if it looks cheesy or not in person because I can't find one to see in person).
I hope to be around 500hp on this build and I know historically adapters were a weak point. Is this still true today and also how bad would that effect my wheel offset.
I'm still not against going with 6 lug steel wheels but really like the boss338s and would prefer them if I have a choice. This is a 1964 Suburban they're going on
