Meter to monitor 6 thermocouples and all of the engine temps/pressures?

I have a customer that is putting a p pump Cummins 6bt in a boat and he wants to mount 6 thermocouples in the exhaust manifold so he can monitor each cylinder temp. He is also going to need to monitor rpm, oil pressure, oil temp, trans temp, coolant temp, boost, etc... Is there a device to monitor all of these without having to run a bunch of wires up to the console or mount a bunch of gauges in the dash?
