How long does it take to swap a cam in a Chevy 6.2(2011 Escalade)?

I have a customer of mine that wants me to quote them on a cam swap. According to Mitchell it takes 24hrs labor to swap one but it says that you have to swap pull the heads. I was thinking you didnt have to pull the heads on those motors to swap a cam?

Still have to pull the heads to get to the lifters... With any cam swap on a 6.2 you'll want to do the Dod/afm delete and replace the lifters at the same time.

There is a method to swapping the cam without pulling the heads, but I'd suggest replacing those janky ass lifters with some regular ass ls7s.

For a performance cam swap, you need to pull the heads to change the lifters to ls7 type lifters like Mike mentioned above.
