Explorer intake polish?

Any recommendations on a place/person to do some work on an explorer lower intake? I picked one up that someone had started doing work on but didnt finish.

Would prefer someone in the Colin County area and reasonably priced.

Ive asked similar questions and have made my own conclusions on how I will go forward. Frankenstein race heads is listed on afr's website as a recommended port shop I'd give them a shot. Polishing anything is not for me. I'd give the chrome shop in seagoville a shot.
