  • 95 Lightning 351 leaking oil?

Its not much but about every other month I have to add a quart, its leaking in the usual place, rear main seal and oil pan gasket. Do I have to pull the motor, the motor runs solid, it has 140,xxx miles but I dont want to rebuild it if it doesnt need it, ideas? I've been away from pushrod motors since 1991

My 95 is doing the same thing and I am gonna pull it and use a 1 pc oil pan gasket and change the rear main . You could do the pan gasket without pulling it but you have to pull it or the trans to do the rear main .
