Wheel Studs

I'm installing the Mustang Steve front brake adapter for 2005+ mustang brakes on old 1970 drum spindals on my Torino. It says not to use studs with the shoulders because it won't fit the discs. Anyone know where to get studs without the shoulder on it? I looked at autozone online for the 6 cylinder studs but their picture looks like the v8 studs with the shoulder.

CJ pony parts has the 6cylinder studs with no shoulder but they want $5.50 EACH. Fuck that.

ARP makes them but they're only sold in 3inch lengths from what I can tell. Too long for my plans.

Any ideas?

So you need 1/2-20 studs that have the knurl to fit in a drum brake hub but with no shoulder, correct?

If I remember when I get back to work Friday I can find you the Dorman part number and let you know.

That is correct. Though I'm not sure the drum and disc hubs are different. I know the 4 and 5 lug hubs are different obviously, though you could get 5 lugs with discs or drum brakes.

From what I've found the knurl is .625 (i could be wrong).
