28oz or 50oz balancer?

Getting a new harmonic balancer and can't remember if I need a 28 or 50 oz. Half the info I'm finding says one, half says the other.

ATI if you want the best, ati is listed as a 34oz BTW, according to them the 50oz is for the rear (flywheel) on a "50oz" motor the front is actually 34oz but everyone refers to them as 50oz just to make it easy, except for ATI.

well, fuck, I second guessed myself based on reading the post wrong . 302 after ~83 went to 50 oz, and all the 351's are 28oz.
