Does anyone have access to VAGCOM or VW diagnostic software?

I have an 04 Passat that I need to check and see if the throttle adaption is set or not. It had a throttle body lower limit exceeded code so someone swapped the tb with a new and it still doesnt run right. I remember when I worked at VW we always had to command the adaption test manually.
