1990 GT Convertible Clock Spring Part #

Does anyone know the part # for a clock spring for my 90 gt convertible? I bought one on eBay from Encore MPW and the dude sent me part # f0zc-14a664-af but the one I pulled out of my car is part #f2zc-14a664-ac. He says the f0=1990 and f2=1992, the one he sent is completely different. The guy is a douche, he says my car has the vin swapped, been rewired, column swapped, etc. And that he never makes mistakes. I sent him pics of mine and his side by side and just asked him to send one that looks like mine, but again the guy is a douche.
