cam tensioners. need help

02 f150 5.4L 2v. I need the chain and tensioners replaced... Makes a fantastic diesel like sound at idle. I originally thought I had bad cam phasers. Welp, its a 2v not 3v.

I need a shop or individual that is extremely reasonable for fixing this for me. Thx. Pm or respond to this post if you know someone and a price quote.
