That stud is pressed in and shouldn't turn. You may be able to zip it off with an impact or wedge something in there to prevent it from turning. It would get welded at my house.
ive been trying to wedge all kinds of things in there but it keeps spinning. Ill probably end up ruining the stud, once i get something wedged in there. How about that small gap near the stud? Is that normal or is the mount broken?
Weld it, or maybe call your lil brother to get it out.. Jk, but i'd just remove the whole thing, if it's spinning its not doing what it was meant to.
or i can just take it to you since it appears that you are in my area! Ill probably end up trashing the whole damn thing since i dont think that gap is supposed to be there...
