I would say spend the extra $400 on a scat or eagle cast stroker crank for your build so You won't have to do it a year from now. Turbo will come in so much quicker.
Longer rod and stroke = more fuel/air in, more hot air out and most importantly...more dwell at TDC making sure everything gets combusted and more energy is created on the power stroke.

Mike I have right at $1k in my 347 rotating assy. Don't buy a "kit". I pieced it together.
Scat 9000 crank, scat H Beam rods, King coated bearings and speed pro pistons/Mahle file fit rings.
Granted my pistons are Hypers but I picked them on purpose. They were over 100 grams lighter than the forged. I know they will handle more than my block will so I chose lighter to help the block live longer.
