You'd have to have specific pistons. To run them on a W block you have to drill out some square holes and plug them(gonna be a pain in the ass for someone who doesn't have access to the right tools.) Gonna have to have custom headers $$$$, gonna have to have a very specific intake.

IMO The clevor deal isn't worth it unless you're a guy who likes building custom engines and figuring out all the little odds and ends to make something like that work.

I'd like to see a boosted Clevor though. I have a guy I used to work with that has a Clevor 302 in a hot rod that has never been finished, I'd love to get that motor.

They have the intake adapters. But the added costs could just be put towards a nice set of heads.

4v heads want way too much rpm for a 302. Edelbrock and others make clevor heads that bolt right on to a 302 or 351w and can flow well over 300cfm giving a good power range. But then again...AFR 205's can do the same and you don't end up with giant width heads.
The biggest advantage of the cleveland style heads is the closed chamber wedge combustion chamber and the canted valves. Makes for an extremely efficient burn.

In the process of pickup up the 351 block tonight/tomorrow.

                        It's an 89, so I assume non-roller.

What's a good set of Pistons and rods to throw in on a budget?

                        93 octane.. Maybe e85.
