Mcleod hydraulic throw out bearing conversion ?

I'm having a bitch of a time installing one of these on a friends car. It's going in a FOX BTW.

I have heard of a lot of problems with that kit on Corral. Have you tried their tech line? Their customer service was always great when I needed them.
