2012 Ford Fusion wipers/washer function stopped working?

When I turn on the wiper switch it works (intermittent too) but fast function does not (it stays on regular speed only) and when the washer button is pressed it does nothing, in this function nothing works fluid sprayed or wiper function works.

I've done some searches but nothing or Focus info come up.

Yes. And the sprayer motor noise doesn't come on either, like it used too. Before even if it was empty it would buzz but no fluid would come out. And even then the wiper function would still work. The baffling part is that the FAST function does not work either.
