Can it affect an O2 sensor? I keep getting a random 1135 code ony Tacoma and it seems like it oldies away with warm temps outside.

Ambient temp affect O2 sensor?

If its a p1135 it a heater circuit code and yes ambient temps can effect all kinds of stuff. Probably what is happening is that the heater element or sensor wiring is starting to fail. The reason it comes on when cold is that the wiring or element is open due to the wiring becoming open due to contraction.Have you replaced the B1S1 o2 yet? If not check the resistance of the heater circuit by putting it in the freezer to see if it goes open. I had a F-150 with a no start condition when cold and found that the pcm was bad but only under 30 degrees. It was fun explaining to the boss why a pcm was in the freezer.
