95 GT Auto Trans Problems

Hey guys, I had my transmission professionally rebuilt 3 times and the car is still kicking down like its going to cut off when you come to a stop. It also hesitates when from 1st to 2nd gear, but otherwise runs ok. They're saying there is a problem with the fluid flow in the cooling lines, but it's definitely not the transmission. Any ideas/suggestions would be greatly appreciated, thanks.

Symptoms: has a rough downshift but runs ok. Rest of gears on the car run good, shop is saying car has shift solenoid problem. Any input greatly appreciated, car is only putting out transmission code.

If the trans cooler is restricted it could be causing the TCC to stay applied when coming to a stop. All that fluid has to go somewhere. You could test the theory by driving in D, I don't think the clutch will lockup in 3rd on that car.
