Can anyone identify this cam?

I asked on LS1tech, and tried the power of google, but got nothing. Lets see if yall know.

Got an LS1 with a mystery cam in it. Has 226 and 229 punched into the end, which I am guessing is the duration. The it has some numbers and what looks like a smart phone barcode laser etched. Numbers are

4 20
8321

The only other marking is on the shaft itself.

Yeah, I am. Also have 7.450 lunati pushrods.

I did, got nothing, don't think it's a QR, just a logo that looks like one.
