'01 LS1 T/A. I replaced the fuel pump due to it going bad. The previous owner let it sit for ~5 years. I then replaced the filter and drained almost all of the old fuel out. Then, I put in a few gallons of premium. After cycling the key 5-10 times, there is no pressure in the line. It'll fire and run for 3 seconds or so and then shut off again. Also, I can press the Schrader valve after cycling the pump and pretty much nothing comes out at all.

Regulator, check valve, or pump fuse?

Sounds like a bad FPR or check valve isn't doing it's job.

Just as I posted this I had a "duh" moment. I hadn't checked the regulator yet, so I set that as tomorrow's goal. Pump runs just fine, so I know the solenoid is good
Keeping my hopes up for the FPR...I really hope the lines are somehow gummed up.

Gm FPR's are notoriously shit in that era. It's likely your issue. Another possibility is a weak fuel pump relay. Had one get messed up and it supplied enough power to get the pump moving, but nowhere near enough to keep the car running. Took me forever to track that little bastard down.
