I've read up a lot on this and I've got a vac leak at the pcv. The new grommet doesn't fit well to the intake nor does the pcv to the grommet. I RTV'd both of them and now I created a new oil leak at my valve cover. Maybe 100 miles on my .40 over n/a 302, Anderson n41 cam, etc. etc.. Currently - I have the TB to oil filler neck hose in place. PCV to upper manifold. Screen in the manifold, baffle in the valve cover, baffle in lower intake. "stock" setup. Everything is brand new. TIA.

Does your motor have excessive crankcase pressure. I'm guessing that you sealed the pcv valve in well, and now the pressure that was leaking past it blew the valve cover gasket out? -
With the car running pull just one end of the hose for your pcv valve. Does the leak stop? Then put that side of the hose back on and remove just the other side of the hose. Does the leak stop?

I sealed it up and the valve cover started leaking. Changed the PCV and sealed it up, now it is not leaking. So I have no way to try and reproduce the leak..Comment
