Wrong speedo gear 93 Fox- What's my actual mileage

So I just looked at the receipt for my car.

Stock 3.08's were replaced in 1993 with 3.73s when the car had virtually no miles.

Is there any way to find out what the actual mileage would be on my car? I have just under 31k miles...but know it's less than that due to the speedo being off. I'm just curious how much it is off.

If they changed the gears and did not do the speedo gear they should have been kicked in the nuts.

Assuming tire size was consistent through that time:

3.08 / 3.73 = 0.8257

31000 * 0.8257 ~ 25597


I'm sure Thatismyelcamino will be here soon to tell me I did something backwards.
