With e85 you can ditch the intercooler. My intake was cold after driving mine around the street.

I can fit the one I have but I'll have to hack up my bumper and grill. I don't want it looking "too much", Maybe I'll try tracking down a smaller one.

you don't need an intercooler... It's not a race car... I definitely wouldn't cut up the car to fit one.

a damn 1983 Ford 2.3 turbo would do fine at 14-15psi w/ no intercooler and an iron head... granted, they were 8:1 compression, but still

Run it without one and see how high the air inlet temps get and go from there. That is what i would do if you dont want to cut anything. If they are too high build something custom to fit vs the generic 12x31x3

Ive been in talks with a guy who did the non-intercooler and his intake temps are 150-200 deg, is that high? I have no reference lol.

get it running without a intercooler for now. you can always add one later if needed.for what your doing dont even mess with it.

                          ignore boost numbers..

                          use cfm instead.

mate a good cfm comp wheel to a proper shaft and have lower temps with your combo.

best air to air i/c you can find is 45-50% efficient anyway. hell, vs. cutting up a car that is only targeted @ 500 hp, build a water/alky injection kit for about 150 bucks and get anywhere from 70-80% efficiency.

Well I'm using an ebay "70mm" .68AR turbo so like 66-68mm is what I'm finding. This is the turbo most of the budget guys on TTF run.

Anyone want to buy an intercooler? lol
