FOX 5 Lug Conversion Brackets on ebay?

pmpnypats on ebay sells these backing plates for rear disc brake conversions, Anyone here used these? 60 cheaper than North race cars brackets.

those are for the cobra rear, not the regular GT, but looks good to me.
