why not just rebuild your aod
    One day at a time.

I've got a T5 sitting here that hasn't been installed since the fresh rebuild by slim at precision mustang performance. Also have T5 bell housing, stock shifter, 5 speed pedal assembly, clutch cable, quadrant, firewall adjuster, new clutch, clutch fork and throw out bearing. Might even have a flywheel.

If no one else wants that T5, I need one for my monster miata project. I'd need the clutch, fork, bellhousing and flywheel too (if you have it). My donor 5.0 engine was an AOD one.

Just don't take your AOD to Transmission Exchange in Rowlett. They can't get a rebuild right after multiple tries. Ugh

Negative. The T5 I sold you was not freshly rebuilt, I never claimed it had been rebuilt, it was a working T5 out of a fox. However, IF you thought there was a problem with the transmission that you thought needed to be addressed it would have been great to know about it 4 years ago.

Well, it was bad, the transmission grinds every gear and also whines while driving. I've adjusted to clutch cable, installed a new clutch and still nothing.

I never said anything back then since it took me awhile to get around to installing the transmission. By then, I just said oh well, lesson learned.

So you say it has a problem yet you're not even sure what the problem is, clutch cable, firewall adjuster, transmission, but you've decided to try and rip me about it 4 years later. Well that certainly makes perfect sense. If it's worth bringing up 4 years later then you would think it would have been worth bringing up as soon as you thought there was a problem. No one waits that long to come forward about a possible issue unless they're just trying to create drama or attention. I've done a lot of business on this site over the years and have never had any complaints or bad deals. I do what I say I will do. If you would have brought up your concern about it I would have been more than happy to try to help you isolate the problem, and if the transmission did have a problem after all that then I would have made it right with you.

I don't think the word sensitive means what you think it means.

Damn, yeah that's gonna leave a mark.

Neither of the other 2 have said they wanted this stuff yet. I'll give them until tomorrow. If I don't hear back from them I'll sell you the transmission.
