My question is will my cobra intake work okay with these heads. I also thought about going with the gt40x, but I know the trickflow are overall a better head.
          It will work fine.

You think I should go with the trickflow over the gt40x heads? I can save about 500 with the gt40x's.

I'm running a Cobra intake on my car. It's a 331 with Trick Flow Stage II ported heads (whatever those flow #s are from DSS) and a TFS Stage II cam.

The intake is choking down the potential, but it makes some decent torque.

It only made 303/336 on the dyno with 24# injectors, 70mm MAF and 65mm TB.

I was going to go with a Victor 5.0 intake and up the injector/MAF/TB combo, but the intake wouldn't fit under my hood.

Nothing wrong with the Gt40x heads.

Ive made 300 rwhp with iron dart heads,e-cam trick flow intake

The last coupe i built was plenty fast had edelbrock heads ported i paid $700 buck for. cobra intake and e-cam

Throw some cast iron GT40 heads on there, stock headers, 1.7 RR's, stock cam, cobra intake, stock 19's, used Powerdyne at 6-7lbs, and come in with 375hp, and a smooth idle.

Not questioning you, but 19# injectors for 375whp?

                        I'd question it.

I would too, buy diabloc tunes his own cars and is knowledgable on tuning, as his truck has 2 power adders and hasn't had any issues that I'm aware of.

I know at 320whp my 19s would have been fine but I went with 24s for some headroom.

For what it's worth My 94 Cobra put down 306hp and 324tq with factory short block, trickflow twisted wedge heads, factory cobra/svo intake and a aftermarket cam(no idea what cam sorry) full exhaust, etc. I exchanged to factory lower with a ported gt40/cobra lower and gained a lot more top end but never got it dynoed afterwords.

I just wrapped up a Gen 1 Lightning with longtubes, 3" exhaust, Vortech S Trim set for 12#'s, stock 19's, FMU, and a 255 inline on a Hobbs switch. AFR in the mid 11's to 5500 rpm. Works fine. 19's with 100psi will go 450hp.

Oh ya 100psi is over double stock fuel pressure. Haha
