Spare tire question???

So we got a flat while out today in the x3. No biggie swap to the donut spare to get home. The dash has now lit up like Christmas! Dtc, abs, airbag, and ses lights all on. Is this normal? I've done some googling and others have had some of them but not all. Anyone know these cars?

It can jack with all those systems because they all tie in to the wheel speed sensors
