99-04 Sequential Tail Lights

I was thinking about purchasing the sequential tail light kit ( plug in and play ) from American Muscle. I know the turn signal modifier slows it down. I've read bad reveiws on the modifier. I was wondering if anybody has this setup by raxiom or if anybody has a different kit and likes it.

That's the only kit. I've been thinking about getting it for the Unicorn but can't justify $150 right now.
