Might be hard to tell from pictures, but do you see any reason why a 2-in 2-out cat couldn't be welded inline between the o2 sensor and the flange before the muffler. It's pretty tight but looks doable...

Had A&B in Hurst tell me no, and Miller Muffler in Euless couldn't make up their minds.

Would there be a downstream 02 sensor?

There is one o2 sensor at the front of the lowest tube. You can't see it in the picture.

58150L2 is stamped on the midpipe and Bassani's website says 58150L3 is the same part but with cats. Guess I need to find a Bassani dealer.

But the 58150L3 is a single and not duals???

If you're going to do it, why not go true duals?

All I want to do is get cat/cats put on it so it will pass inspection. Hopefully without spending a ton of money. Whatever has to be done for that to happen is fine... I just need it done.

passing inspection shouldn't be a problem. I have the basanni off road pipe and it passes every year.

It passed with flying colors... I don't get it. They didn't even look and the levels were fine...

Awesome! I don't think most shops look, unless it fails. I even have the smog delete and don't have a problem.
