Anybody know 2005 silverados real well?

    We found the ball joints a bit loose, the dust boots were shot, and the bushings in the upper and lower arms were cracked; the lower bushings were falling apart. The shocks seemed to be doing what they should, but compared to the new ones, were soft. So new shocks, upper and lower arms and an alignment it solved the bounce/shake over bumps.

    The downside was that Jupiter Chevy diagnosed it as a bad rack, and that was incorrect. Wasted some money replacing that for no reason. At least his entire front suspension is new now, with the exception of wheel bearings.
