I just did Koni Sports, progressive coils, and racing beat sways. Fighting the supercharger urge. Company makes a new mosfet controlled, brushless set up that pumps out 5 psi for about 200 rwh. 2500 is not terrible. Most of my rides get 15-18 so 27 is great.

Sorry about the luck with the wheel, had a similar thing happen in my first car forever ago. Took it to wheels america and they tried to fix it, it leaked. Miata wheels are so cheap I'd get another set if you where thinking of upgrading anyhow.

Best my Miata has done is 31mpg on a highway trip. 27 is pretty average.

Electric SC trumps both for screwing around. One hour install, no extra heat under the hood, no new pulley, belts, whatever. Basically a stock car until you lay into it. The guy did a 40-117mph test and it knocked 7.7 seconds off of it.

Don't get me wrong, I love turbos, just not as much with a auto. A 2.5 out of the MX3 is pretty much a drop in also for 1750 or so, brand new. I think it has a better crank and rods plus everything bolts up the same. This little kit and that motor would be a great combo and reliable as heck. I am actually really happy with the car but a little more power would be great.

                      Jason, you'll like this.

I was at a rehearsal dinner tonight, and as I pulled up, the groom starts telling me how he saw a newer model miata getting black wheels put on, and it looked great. He lives in your area, so I told him i had seen pictures, and agree'd that it looked great.

Small world. I think the tail an wheels really set it off. Is it wrong the tail is the first thing I ordered?

Wife calls all upset, she has had a bad week anyways, told me the check engine light was on. I was like hmmm I wonder what got jarred loose. Then she says I clicked the gas cap twice so I no its not that. Gets home, I pop the gas door and the cap is just kind of laying on it. I have realized it needs about five clicks. I was pleased it was just that.
