Something is wrong?

I just replaced the ecm relay on my 89 gt car fired up but when u give it gas around 4000 rpm it dies. Now the car wont fire up. Not getting any spark from coil. did check the wires with a idiot light and its getting power. Any ideas of what it might be before i have to take it to a shop?

just replaced the coil and fired right up. turned it off and it wouldent start.

what turn over? or fire? check the simple shit, grounds, battery cables? battery terminals clean and tight?

ignition module? Those things pick the worst time to go out. They can be dead one moment and work fine the next. Got a spare you can try?
