Is something wrong with the alarm or am I just having bad luck with batteries? 2012

On the third battery in a year on a 12 gt. Happened again this afternoon after car is parked for 48hrs or so ( out of town for work) come back try to start it wont start alarm flashing when I try to start. Jump off it works fine.

So maybe it was set off and battery drained itself ? This is getting annoying Any ideas? Ford dealer said it was battery all 3 times but I guess they dont want to spend time to figure it out.
