So I am still trying to get the 5.0 to pass. I've replaced everything, plugs, filters, PVC plugs, oil change, put on cats. The readings were a lot close though.
HC were 150, to pass it needed to be at 117; CO were at .70, pass is .65, this was at 25mph.
HC were 201, to pass it needed to be at 120; CO were at 1.73, pass is .67, this was at 15mph.
Dilutions were both at 13.0. NOx emissions were 530-777. Pass is 821-907, so they passed fine.
Timing at 12*, 87 octane. F-cam idling at 850.
I am going to go to NorthStar in a bit to get some methyl hydrate to put in. I already know that it is corrosive, etc. I just need to pass today. How much should I put in with how much gas?
