Not sure yet. I have 3 options, all have some cool factor though.
lsx t56, studded turbo m50 on e85 or SBF. Funny thing is that the inline 6 would make the most power out of the three because the v8s would be N/A.
I'm leaning towards the 6 with a billet 6266 and m3 cams (have already), I just don't want to break trannies like my turbo lx. There is a guy on bf.c that is making 550+ at the wheels on a stock m50 on e85.
I can, but then it's swap money+turbo money. SBF is the cheaper of the two v8s, but will still make less power than the m50 due to restrictions on how much safe boost I can run. The LS swap is proving to be $$$$ unless I can fab mounts, headers, DS and I can't. I can probably have a 500whp inline 6 for under $8k.
Still just mulling it over, but a chunk of my tax return will be going to it regardless.

have you considered buying lS swap mounts and then doing a flipped manifold turbo? I was, simply because the swap headers were so much $$$$.

Yeah, might could do that. I'll figure it out soon though because I need to daily it for a while, but it still has no transmission in it and the sweet diff I built is sitting in a rubbermaid container.
