Header swap question

Was noticing shorty headers for mustangs look pretty damn close to this one. Anyone w experience know if a common fox bod header may swap out to get on the road. Maybe someone have a passenger header for a 92 F150 4x4 laying around. Heres pic of what I have..

The passenger side foxbody header is very close to the f150. It's the drivers side that is different. I know this because I had to use f150 headers on my 65 galaxie. I have a passenger side hooker super comp shorty that I'd give you but you'd have to drive to Stephenville.
