Tire recommendation for s197

What is a good tire recommendation or what are y'all running? I have a 08 Bullitt and I daily drive it. Would like good grip, long tread life, and low road noise. Was looking at the BFG Sport Comp 2, but concerned about some reviews saying the tread wears quick.

I run Nitto Motivo's on the '12 (275/35's and 255/35's) and they do an excellent job of harnessing the power from the Kenne Bell. Wear decent, grip excellent.

Thanks for the imput. Anyone persoanlly run the BFG's comp 2? I'm planning on running 255/40/18 & 275/40/18.

I run the BFG Sport Comp 2 275/40/17. They hook good for a street tire but are kind of loud on the road.
