i have a 93 cobra bumper unsure if its fixable some dumbass cut it for taillpipes and trailor hitch
Its a original teal cobra rear bumper

If you have extra urethane to patch the missi ng parts you can plastic weld it. I did my
m3 bumper and it worked great.

Plastic Welding

I had a Stillen nose on a 91 300 ZX plastic welded and it worked fine. I only had a tear in mine, and did not have missing parts. I bet you could get some scrap bumper from a salvage yard and cut out the missing parts.
