They're big and comfy. The v10s get shit for fuel mileage and I haven't heard too many great things about their reliability. Get the 7.3l powerchoke. It's well worth itOriginally posted by BuzzoSome dudes jump out of airplanes, I fuck hookers without condoms.

There's a whole lot of V10 excursions out there with 200k plus on them. If you dont mind single digit mpg's, they arent too bad. The later 3v's were better. They are half the price of the 7.3's, but resale sucks on the gasser compared to the oil burners."If I asked people what they wanted, they would have said faster horses." - Henry Ford

And I really had no need to spend $10k more for a diesel (don't expect to need to tow / haul heavy loads).

The only thing that's been done to our 7.3l is intake, exhaust, tune, and a larger trans cooler (from 6.0l). It gets great fuel mileage and has been absolutely 100% problem free for the last 108k miles (bought it in '04 with 80k, has 188k now). We've never replaced anything on it besides regular wear items. Plus, it's nice being able to pass someone climbing a decent grade with a boat behind you.Originally posted by BuzzoSome dudes jump out of airplanes, I fuck hookers without condoms.

It had trouble starting in the cold as well, but I have found out later that it was likely just a simple fix.
